Solaris's weapon, Starlight, is an interesting case. While it's most often shown as a simple wide-bladed greatsword, it is capable of morphing into a glaive or a longbow.

Unrealistic as all hell, but cool as fuck anyway.

Calytrix has a pretty wide arsenal, but her primary weapon is BoltCrystal. A magic styled weapon, it allows her to throw/guide crystalline projectiles.

While not inspired by anything realistically speaking, it is inspired by various magic (mostly ice) found in fantasy settings.
