Piccolo can hear Goku's thoughts clearly through telepathy. He hears the screaming and rushes to the house. Meanwhile, Goku still stuck in a fight with DB, desperately tries to get a response. Checkpoint for now.

Goku realizing it's a dream can hear everyone outside of his subconscious and he tries to get Vegeta to wake him up.

In the real world, the time event is End of Z. Everyone is alive but Goku's just passed out on the chair.

The Story (so far)
It takes place within a dreamscape, Goku's subconscious. It's reminecent of Movie 8's New Planet Vegeta ruined landscape but Silent Hill. DB creates the atmosphere with low-morale tactical depictions of the fighters already defeated with Goku last one standing.

Devil Broly specifically is a psyche memory. Retains the personality of movie 8 Broly but has the appearance of Second Coming. The green areas are his ki mixed in with his blood and veins and a blast hole extending through his stomach and back. No shoes? Barbaric even.
