I found out raptors are really nice, so I'm a raptor artist now. They seem like good pets, in a fictional world.

Also I'm a big fan of parallel triangles/curves, drawing these feathers was nice

This is a homebrew D&D character, Nepha. Featuring the first smooth shading I've actually liked! I think this'll open many doors of shading to me.
