Made a dragon+outfit based off of Tummult(tiefling bard character) and I am very much on the cusp of making a bad decision

hmmrhg graphic design is my passion but really does this look okay for a quick showcase of examples of my MSPaint work? the actual image is bigger but like. is this good or should I change anything

oh man, found a bit of art from a previous attempt at a pokemon December challenge thing from 2012 that managed to be the same day and subject as my most recent attempt(2017)
I've definitely changed art wise I think, or at least I hope so
