While I can't emulate Sugimori's art, I feel like my design translates okay anyways! I needed a more Pokemon representation of Parsec's mega design!
I guess it would be redundant both to evolve Basculin and give it a mega, but BASCULEGION IS MY FAVORITE SO I DO WHAT I WANT!
