i like the idea that philippa has a fear of shuttles. :^) instilled in how frequently chakotay would crash them when she was a kid
she can exist in one uncomfortably and did so through her starfleet career, but once she reaches captain she's like IM IN CHARGE NO SHUTTLES

they're sisters who fight a lot through the years and can come across as polar opposites in most areas, but they know each other better than anyone else and would do anything for one another
Ed gets sick a lot as a kid so he and the Doctor spend a lot of time together in sickbay. They bicker a lot like little boys. :)
