Tangerine bear character re-design! What if he never got adopted.... what if he ended up haunting the halls of the department store... seeking revenge.......
Ive been busy this week but not too busy to participate in #sameartist ! I’ve always drawn with pretty distinctly different art styles so its fun to see them juxtaposed.
One of my illustration assignments this week was to re-create the same character concept in the styles of 6 artists who inspire me. From top to bottom left to right, the art styles i chose were @bryanleeomalley @blushsprout @CurseHole @itslittletunny @FicarraKelly & @plastiboo !
This is the process of making a full illustration for one of my class assignments! The final piece is usually preceded by 4-5 previous iterations. This particular assignment was to create an illustration to go alongside the short story ‘Dialogue with a Tortoise” by Italo Calvino
