@GrahamB47 Like, they are taking Avatar 2's BO success as a "cultral impact win"... When all it did was exactly that, make huge Box Office Numbers. Numbers alone does not a good movie make.

@SonicLorepost Sonic WOULD outrun Mecha Sonic normally if it weren't fro the weight slowing him down. This isn't the first time it's happened where Sonic was handicapped in the comics.

Archie and Fleetway also had various ways to slow him down to increase the stakes.

So? Remember the countless hours editing the Mega Man sprites to create new characters? You can get a lot of mileage from that. Mega Man 1's sprite is the most (in)famous for a good reason.

@monster_3339 I've given Sonic Prime flak in the past, but there's a good reason for it. Artists who opened MS Paint for the first time have abused the spraycan tool to hell and back.
