I don’t know if this is a hot take but dear god I hate Magmar so much. I’m so glad they gave this dude two significantly better evolutions because it’s the definition of an awkward middle evolution

To anyone who hasn’t played it, I highly recommend playing the Indie game Freedom Planet. It’s a Sonic fan game turned original indie platformer and it’s pretty fun. It’s got certain thing that distinguish itself from Sonic but generally does a lot to scratch that 2D itch
