This is Judas he has roamed the world for many years and claimed nrc as his new home he does not like people very much but xe has a few favorite peoples aka all of my moots' ocs.....
The outfit was premade for him, but he made a few alterations to fit his style more! Here's an annotated version for influences on the outfit :)
