I never expected this au to go very far, but I’m proud to say the thread is done! https://t.co/FPtBTB5UDl
For a short time Death reanimates Finch fueled by infatuation. It was a rough patch but the two eventual become partners (25/?)
Onto our second half, Death enters the fray. She has no definite form so I picked her bird depiction. It was love at first corpse for her and finch (24/?)
Tumble town couldn't afford to fight Joel, but under Finch's new leadership they could not ignore their wants for revenge. Even if they lost, they will not stand down. Joel on the other hand wants to put it behind him, to ignore his actions. (16/?)
We now enter the age of Finch and Jacob. The town is morning the death of Jebediah and Rosemary. They take turns caretaking the twins. At the same time however tensions rise as many want revenge for what has happened, but are ill-prepared for the battle. (15/?)
Joel finds his father's corpse, barely even recognizable to him, chained to the mesa. In his mind, the gods are immortal, unkillable by simple weapons yet here stands what remains of his dad. Being proved that his father was right, they were using him. (13/?)
Now for a little horror humor before we dive deep into the consequences. Joel has little to no control over his new gift of thunder and lightning as it is a power handed down from Stratos kings. (12/?)
Zephyr performed the biggest sin, insulting someone's spouse in front of them. And thus, in a fit of anger, Jebediah kills the god. (11/?)
