@Heart_Collar but the later glasses i drew are more round, though I eventually found red too garish. i meant to show that I arrived at it independently so it is possible other people also did, although knowing internet fandoms that is improbable.

@Heart_Collar Gosh those do look like the same sort of glasses I have been drawing. It could just be an obvious, easy way to make glasses stand out. prior to the plantoid i drew another entirely unrelated character called greegorp who had yet larger, stupider striped pink and maroon glasses.

@dookingplaza I am not totally certain! I was trying to update this old character, which was among the earlier ones made, originally intended to be a devious "boss" type but has more generally served as a more straightforward damage eating baron type. but it is definitely looking devious again
