Wait, I think I figured out what Hasbro’s plan was.

I bet they made those wings modeled after Knull’s since they look nothing like Eddie’s and only Knull’s are drawn torn like that, but they figured not enough people would’ve cared if Knull had wings or not.

And I guess Grendel had them too but Ryan didn’t draw other dragons with them….

Actually, never mind, the Venom Marvel Legends wings not being right is inexcusable. Ryan only didn’t draw them correctly twice.

The first was a commission turned into a cover and the other time was a tiny image at the end.

I’ll wait 100 years for this figure
