Update: LRT has confirmed that the oath skin silhouette is actually intended for HMS Rodney

@choinimmm Monarch could be a legit contender indeed... though I think there would've been more red colors in the silhouette if that were to be her (like the ribbons should've been red)

Was about to expect a flood for the lack of USS North Carolina's bunny skin in AL's CN stream, but looks like Kishiyo is currently busy working on Azuma's oath skin, and also if that other oath skin silhouette is indeed Saint Louis (blue ribbons w/ cross edge, 3x3-barrel guns)
