-Mass Electricity
-Stretchy Rubber Body

Abilities:
-Incredible Strength and Agility from years of training.
-Immune to any form of electricity
-Cartoon Physics, basically. Can't be killed unless he's REALLY off guard. (1/2)

Sometimes uses a Metal Baseball Bat to fight.

When he's gathered enough electricity, he can achieve an ascended form which doubles his power.

He'll also attempt to crack a few jokes to distract his opponent. Only when he focuses would his powers have full effect.
