A fully-voiced JP game from 2002 where, playing as the hero Might, you do typical hero stuff like slaying monsters, defeating the Big Bad demon and ban... romancing most archetypes associated with fantasy RPGs.

Obscure game highlight: Kimi no Naka no Palladium by Chat Errant

Aile is a wingless orphan who one day leaves his home and is saved by Venvert, a man who claims to be his brother. Together they go on a journey to find their other brothers.

Correction: whether you buy the game's physical or digital version, both come with English and Japanese language. In rainbow-shoppers, look up "graduation" and you'll find it.

Setup instructions are in JP only though, so good luck running it in English.

I have EXCELLENT news for you: not only Akaaka has a complete English patch (https://t.co/Vb26MPK6fH), it was made WITH HaccaWorks*'s approval.

AND it has a manga adaption that's being released by Yen Press.

It would make it a good candidate for an official localization.

Forget-Me-Not is one of my favorites BL VNs.

This game delves heavily into depression and suicidal thoughts, but I find it to handle the subject well.

Its use of some rather simple visual effects to convey some raw scenes is something I don't see often in games.

A game about the relationship between Emmett, a nerdy, somewhat withdrawn teenager and Michael, the new transfer student and an old acquaintance of Emmett's with secrets that are proving too heavy for him to handle alone.
