I don't have many BL game yandere examples off the top of my head. The first that comes to mind is drugged Keisuke. Clear in his bad end may count as one too.

In the horror RPG Abaddon: Princess of Decay, even if you remove 1 female love interest so there are 2 female and 2 male love interests, it doesn't change the fact that 70% of the CG feature female-focused porn, sometimes between random characters outside of the main cast.

In the EVN Sacred Sand, Learah is a pursuable female character, out of 7 love interests.

@KTeaReviews Now that you mention it, I remember Ferdag, a love interest in Tusks: The Orc Dating Sim having an amputated too. He was recently featured in the pseudo-gacha game "Orcs of Mordick"
