the same guys who also appeared in hamin's flower are seen bothering dongchae in gaeul's flower (30). theyre also swearing at him. the one with black shirt's name got revealed in hamin's flower (23) btw, its ha minsoo.
moving to hamin's flower! the hint of him being bullied became clearer in this arc.
in hamin's flower ch. 23, hes seen being tormented for literally no actual reason by those bullies. they did it just... for 'fun', they said that theyre just joking and playing around with him.
