also theres another issue where he is trying to help superboy get his powers back and he goes too far even though he has the best intentions, he doesn't know when to quit and thats a very autistic thing too

THIS entire issue where he is talking and talking but everyones telling him to be quiet and no one is listening to him and he's having a hard time understanding like when to quit / and like who to talk to and like the appropriate times and this is a VERY autistic experience

he also had this whole thing with copying the old guys (i forgot his name sorry) accent which is a huggeeee nuerodivergent thing to do i forgot which kind specifcially but either adhd or autism yeah

he has very unique and broad interests which shows that he probably has hyperfixated on various things, and he also tends to infodump even at innapropriate times
