2/2 it’s also a great way for the family to accept themselves as they truly are and understanding that in the near future they will be working on mending their relationships and trying to stop this cycle of generational trauma
1/2. This is the only original scene of encanto that I genuinely wish would’ve made it to the final cut. It’s such a beautiful scene that would’ve showcased the entire family coming to terms and acknowledging what alma has went through and understand why she acts the way she does
