@gentlepanpirate after looking through my layers i realise that the fault lies in my red tinted shadows layer, which has darkened stede’s skin significantly, where i intended him to be much paler compared to ed. ill be mindful of that in future and check before calling it complete!
@gentlepanpirate oh hey, sorry for the confusion. these are the flats that i used, but the difference in skin tone has been lost as i added the overlays. usually im pretty on top of that kind of thing in my art but i was so eager to post i clearly overlooked it this time (1/2)
