The art is DONE! #NaNoWriMo22 has really been a challenge for me this month. The shear number of words you have to crank out each day really takes a toll, even when not striving for perfection.

2️⃣ I’ve got a side project, Metal no Magika, that’s kind of Scott Pilgrim meets Kill la Kill. A metal band gets recruited by an angel to fight the forces of Hell & Capitalism 🤘🏻🔥 These are some band member sketches I’ve been playing with! Yep, they all have day jobs lol. (5/7)

I’ve also played with style a bit, which resulted in this illustration. Though while it was fun, I think I’ll stick to something closer to what I’ve been doing in the past. Just maybe a bit more streamlined for quick production. (3/5)

I got to attend a @Laetro_ live drawing session featuring the lovely amberflamme (from IG), and really had a blast. Amber had such elegant poses, and it was great getting to catch up with the community again. Thank you so much, Laetro & Amber, for such a fun night! (2/4)
