This is Chirich, a #coyote, a deity and legend character of the Arikara Native tribe from North Dakota. He’s known as a trickster/trouble maker and is usually used in stories to warn others of bad behavior

Here’s day 5 for #folktaleweek2018, the prompt was #insect.
Possibly one of the most famous folktale/legend insects has the be the #Mothman of Point Pleasant, NJ where supposedly it was responsible for a bridge collapse in the 50s.
