Aneirin can be interpreted as a villain by some I suppose, she was a high ranking officer in the Nilfgaardian army and has killed a lot of people in her tenure.

But she's not black and white as a character, her story deals with that idea of her being a villain.

I suppose Pandora, from one of these novel game things. She's not a proper Oc er say (I don't do anything with her, it was just nice to have a face with a name)
