Except for Sec, all the members of The Cult of Skaro are pretty much as unimaginative and stupid as normal #Dalek. Since I made the Dalek Emperor like that, Sec ended up being the poor intermediate supervisor who is stuck between idiots. #DoctorWho

@HorrorShowComix Hey, I'd like to recommend you the works of Yousuke Takahashi, especially his horror shorts like the ones in the earlier part of his Gakkou Kaidan(School tales of horror) series (the latter part became a series with continuity more about paranormal.)
