I mean, kubo actually did it once with ichiruki, but had ichigo have an ambiguous reaction. Cause this is a serious, tense, kinda heavy moment between them but they have to be juss friendss 🤪🤪

One of them was k.o. But instead used the same thing with "the love interest" except ichigo was awake everytime. (And yeah, the exaggerated tears 🙄)
