Mermaid lady Fe, she's from last year but I never got to draw her. I thought it'd be cool if the mermaids blushed really hard but in really small circles, instead of over the face.

Wish I could pull off a turtleneck but it's too uncomfortable,,, I wonder how cool I'd look with short, clipped hair and a turtleneck.

I named her Train. Like the choo choo one.
