So my bright idea for this MS Paint Screencap was to do a brand new effect that I haven't done before.

I've done an offset shadow with dots that change colour depending on whether it's in the shadow or not!

I've had questions about what sakuga is as well.

Sakuga literally means "working drawing" but is normally just refered to as "animation". It's also gained another meaning in that it means "nice/cool/awesome animation" too.
