Now we move on to colouring it all in. I do like to sort out the eyes first because they've got the most outline replacements in most of these MS Paints.

I usually end up adjusting the outlines I've done when I'm colouring the eye in because I normally trace it pretty roughly.

Still just as good on rewatch. I feel like with the trend in media to haphazardly remake things from the 80s for nostagia, this feels as relevant now as it did in 2001.

20. Star☆Twinkle Precure: Hoshi no Uta ni Omoi wo Komete (2019) Dir. Yuta Tanaka

The single best thing to come out of Star Twinkle Precure is this film. A rival for the Yes 5 and Heartcatch films best in the series for me.
