10. Not only can he use a Gear extremely well for his age, he owns the Wanted and wears them permanently as his shoes! Sparks has absolutely fallen in love with this one in particular, and barely ever takes it off.

3. Yes! This isn’t really canon, but ‘Shooting Sparks’ uses four Arks of the Cosmos on his limbs as his own respective emeralds. The Arks function similarly to Psychokinesis, albeit with much less control and a lot more chaos.
