CRUNCH, the Crocodile Shark, is our newest shark friend!

The Crocodile shark is the only living species in their family. And they are the smallest species the Lamniformes Order (Mackerel Sharks).

SLASH, the Gulper Shark, is our newest shark friend!

The Centrophoridae Family, or Gulper Sharks, are also part of the Squaliformes Order.

Slash is based on the Gulper Shark, also the name of a specific species within this family.

CHIP, the Dogfish Shark is our newest shark friend!

The Squalidae Family, or Dogfish Sharks, are part of the Squaliformes Order - the 2nd largest order of sharks(119+ species).

Chip is based on the Spiny Dogfish, the most well known/common species.

SLAKE, the Blind Shark is our newest shark friend!

Contrary to their name, blind sharks are not blind.
They are distinguished by their long barbels (whisker-like organs on their noses) and large spiracles (external respiratory openings).

The Finback Catshark family is made up of 7, little-known sharks. Supper is specifically based off of the rare Graceful Catshark.
