I think Fat Tony should have a Trubbish because he is in waste management business. He also has a Ponyta for racing. I think if he had to fight he'd have strong poison types, but for appearances, he has small pokemon to look more innocent around the police.

I was also thinking Scrafty for Legs? I think he'd have fighting types. He definitely has stronger pokemon where Louie has faster ones. Johnny is more into aesthetics (but still strong), and Frankie would not fight. Frankie maybe has a staryu? He's flashy but not confrontational.

Giving Legs a pokemon with no legs is just very funny to me. Then I think "pokemon that is not hitmonlee." I really like Dodrio/Blaziken/pokemon with long legs, and Conkeldurr makes sense because mafia? construction? Leg's is strong muscle yknow?

Louie and Weavile have kinda the same sloped brow look? I think he'd be a very gentle and nice trainer with an intimidating pokemon.

Johnny is a tricky one. I think he'd use dark, poison, or fighting types. I think Roserade also would work really well with him for some reason? Or Krokorok? They both have this polished but intimidating aesthetic. I also thought Arbok for him, but that feels too Team Rocket

Frankie would have a pokemon that relates to sound. I think him with Whismur would be especially cute since they're very timid/ I think he'd be so nice to one. He and Chatot accidentally squeal on people
