Good morning! Today’s theme is home remedies and to start is Yue Zeng’s “Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows.” Zeng says her love for marshmallows, and her mom’s love of hot chocolate, inspired the painting: a depiction of a drink enjoyed in the home and of their relationship!-Llewyn
IN THE STUDIO by Elena Golubkova idolizes the sensitivity of the arts' presence in society. The rolled tone of grey humbles the audiences view of classicism.

Curator’s Pick: Ruslan Vigovsky’s digital painting, “Shine.” This abstraction starts off today’s theme, “use of darkness!” I chose this work because it draws attention to what light gives our eyes: color! In the darkness, there is less color than in the light center. - Llewyn
Curator’s Pick: Allahyar Najafi’s Photograph, “Urban Poetry 1.” In this artwork, Najafi has added a dog to the image as part of a living, flying building. This dog is one of many present in his series, “Urban Poetry,” similar to the artist himself, who is an urban poet! - Llewyn
Elaine Hunter’s artwork titled Golden Hour helps to calmly question reality by darkening the tone of nature's features. The vulgarity of the sun in this photo, from an earthly point of view, continues the idea of homogenized growth.
