Each type of bug would behave differently!
For example, while Bees would peacefully hover from flower to flower and be super easy to catch, Spiders would throw webs at you, slowing you down while they escape!

I usually start with a mashed concept like “plant-based chimera” then I find some concept/shape similarities between the two, maybe add some fun details and ta-da!
Also (for me) creating 100% original critters is WAY harder than reimagining existing ones..
