@earliebirb And then when I want it to be brighter/fluffier/sunny day vibes - I increase the saturation level This is a really simple tip but it lets me play with the ‘mood’ I want to go for while coloring and a lot of the choice I make post that revolves around this.
@earliebirb So when I want a more dull/angsty vibe I go with a lower saturation level. A bit like rainy day weather. All the colors in this (except the marigolds) are at the same saturation level and it’s only the brightness&hue that’s adjusted
@earliebirb @krzyktty For anatomy I build upon the skeleton thing I shared first. All my art is based on that simple concept. So basically the skeleton and then a simplification of muscles on top of that. And you can pretty much add any level of detail from that point.
