I was just gonna draw @JamCrumb's adorable ghost gal, but as I was working on it I remembered I have my own adorable ghost gal, so I drew them together!

I've been really into the unrealized James Cameron Spider-Man film lately, so I based my own version of Electro off of it! This is Carlton Strand, AKA Electro. I assume Max Dillon would be his apprentice or something
