Did lots of research on sundials today, gained some intriguing design elements to use. Fun fact the triangle (or really an protrusion on the sundial that casts the shadow) is called a "gnomon". #artistsontwitter

just more, some initial color ideas. A "white cliff" type coast perhaps? environment is romanesque gardens with hints of gold/yellow and deep blue.
