Working through digital painting of our first new character pack!
The process of doing the under painting on a digital model is interesting. Red for blood flow, blue for crevices, yellow for boney/cartilage areas… then overlay your skin tone in light layers until it’s where you want. This gives you nice tonal variety.

@StoriesTavern Here’s a wip shot from a while back. I’ve got a few pieces of this I can’t show until I’m done. So close. Sculpt, items, and posing are all done. Just working on textures today for a larger display version.

I can't share my mini sculpting progress at the moment, but here's a new character concept sketch I whipped up for a game I was invited to. This will be a fun one to turn into a mini at some point.
