1/3 So many embarrassing moments came to mind as I drew this comic hahaha

(1) Black lives matter. We live in a world where inequality and racism still exist, and injustices continue to take innocent black lives.

This is a human rights issue, and we must do everything in our power to actively fight against oppression.

(1/3) Squash’s graphic memoir is coming along nicely, and he just finished writing about his personal growth through his friendship with Ginny.

This part of his story is finished, but there are many more chapters in Squash’s book 😊

(3/3) How have you stood up for yourself before?

(2/3) Empathy and standing up for yourself don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Squash has learned that from Ginny and his mom 😊 We’ll see what happens next!

(1/3) Sometimes, you just need to stand up for yourself. Even if the result might be unexpected, being kind while knowing your own worth is important! Maybe you may even change a bully's heart a lil. But most importantly, you can know your own worth while sticking to your morals.
