With THE LONESOME HUNTERS, Tyler Crook is doin’ it all - script, art, colors, lettering. Its an idea that has been evolving in his head for the last ten years & it’s a profoundly emotional work about an old man and a young girl and an ancient sword and some nasty magpies.
Where our Jeff Lemire fans at? Re-read MAZEBOOK this afternoon and it’s inching its way to the top of our fave Lemire comics. It’s the perfect flip of THE UNDERWATER WELDER, another comic we’d highly recommend.
