Saga #32! I loved this issue (no coincidence it focuses on Alana and Marko). Staples continues to thrill with her art. #Saga

I read the fifth story arc of #Saga (#25-30). It’s filled with lots of action, BKV’s spot-on dialogue and amazing Fiona Staples art (her best yet). I like this arc more than the last two. I consistently find myself asking what will happen next.

The other comic I read this weekend was WildC.A.T.s #14 by Erik Larsen, part of Image X month (and my Savage Dragon read through). There wasn’t much to it but it was fun seeing Larsen draw Jim Lee’s team.

Saga #16-18! I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of most of this arc but it ended on a high note at least. I’m concerned the cast may be too big at this point. Staples’s art continues to impress me regardless. #Saga

Saga #15! More of the same from last issue – little progress in the plot. Alana and Marko begin to wonder what they’ll do for money. #Saga

Saga #13! I’ll be honest, it feels like not much happens in this issue. These two characters make their first (cameo) appearance and Slave Girl gets a name. #Saga

Saga #9 focuses on #TheWill’s efforts to rescue Slave Girl and introduces Gwendolyn. #Saga

Saga #7! This issue focuses on Marko’s family, past, present and future. The depiction of his parents is hilarious (well, the non-prejudiced parts at least). #Saga

Saga #5! It feels like a lot happens – major events occur for each main character. Great stuff! #Saga
