Jim cheung, I love it when's he's paired up with Justin Ponsor with his colors, and whenever Mark Morales Inks for him. I love how they can just make an ensemble team stand out. I know it's like the standard for every team book, but I especially love theirs and the fights scenes.
I like both Marco Checchetto and Matt Walson when it comes to character designs for the most part. I really dig the way both potray Elektra, gotta be my favorite part too look at when reading Zdarsky's run
The same applies to Pepe. Backgrounds are phenomenal. I love Pepe's character designs, especially when it comes to monstrous, alien, or even tech designs, they look fantastic, along with Marte Gracia's colors, they pop out so beautifully.
This whole, "Batman brutally beating up criminals" meme honestly fits more with Punisher than Batman. Like if anyone would be beat up a guy for the most inoffensive crime it would be him imo https://t.co/jGBS9DJeRC
So I guess this is somewhat of the first illustration of Rize taking the form of Tia in sloth IF, due to that orb she stole
Idk unlike with Avengers, I guess I just never found them appealing back then. Or maybe it was their aesthetic, I guess. I used to find Thor boring until I read Straczynski's run and then Later Jason Aarons, now he's like one of my favorite characters among the group.
I guess Murasame the Fiend sword, which I assume It's one of the enchanted swords, bbecause the hilt is red, has a dark color when it's not glowing red huh
Vol 28 illustrations
So we now have all of the divine generals in one double paged spread, compared to EX 4 where there was like only 7 for an illustration (technically 6 since spoiler, Balleroy died lol). Pretty cool spread tho of the major pieces for retaking the throne.
