I have to say it... @TCM, please... Hotel Paradiso (1966) was NOT a satisfying replacement for the British noir Obsessed (1949) that Canada had to miss on Noir Alley. This style of humour can be difficult to enjoy normally...

Ok, my cable guide has been showing @TCM is playing Adam’s Rib (1923) from 12PM-4PM ET.
And I’m all, what! there’s a silent version-awesome! and... yeah I guess it could be 4 hrs long because, you know, Greed.
I set record (it didn’t) and turned on the tv to see The Big Sleep 🤷‍♀️
