In a long-distance Zoom dissertation defense meeting this afternoon on the tail end of covid, and every time I coughed (which was a lot) Zoom is like "You are currently muted. Please unmute if you wish to speak."

To add to this saga (while I'm STILL waiting on them to deposit my check and send a receipt)...

It appears this Supermovers company in Ruston plagiarized their entire website from @ImperialMoving1 in NYC, incl the licensing images (DOT #, etc.), which are all Imperial's.

Agent: "I swear it's *never* flooded. It won't flood. We're trying to get it removed from SFHA because it's never flooded"

Was reading about the Humboldt Current for ecology lecture next week & stumbled onto this img on wikipedia. TIL 3 things:

1. No tropical cyclones off W South America 😮

2. No (well, 1-2) tropical cyclones in the S Atlantic(!!!) 😮

3. LOL Hawaii's perfect location 😮😳
