this is very clearly a digital art brush. Even the paper texture is slapped on. you can do these things very easily with an art program like clip studio

I just read it for the first time today btw. pretty good. these two are definitely gay. just wish it was more blatant in the comic but it isnt unfortunately and a lot of the drawings here were made when it wrapped up i think
