He started as a villian but in the end Miles and his uncle become allies. Also during his times as a villian Aaron take the mantle of Iron Spider too.

The Roxxon Corporation was a pharmaceutical empire.

The company's pharmaceutical research was merely a front for Roxxon's true goals researching advanced weapons and creating super humans which was illegal in international law.

Btw Tinkerer hasn't got a daughter in the comics but this is a different adaptation. Also she can directly be the one and only Tinkerer too.

Marvel's Spider-Man Show inspired me this theory. In the show Sandman dies and his daughter takes his place.
