Idk about you guys but it’s embarrassing going through my old art. Back in 2019 I was scared of coloring and it held me back. While I think I’ve improved a lot, I haven’t drawn a better Saitama since.

With this one a lot of the difficulties came from Liz. That elevated chin threw everything off for me. As I draw my OCs more it reminds me of how I should make reference sheets for consistency.

The toughest part for this one was definitely the facial expressions. With smiling the eyes narrow and cheeks become more pronounced. I normally avoid those complications but this time I’m glad I didn’t.

It’s crazy comparing the amount of colors used in this one as opposed to the ocean drawing. That all being said I really should develop my sense for recognizing colors instead of using the CSP tools.
