I am really excited about the revision of macrophagous Kyhytysuka, but I found the skull of skeleton drawing is more than 150 cm which surpass the two known specimen (94 cm ＆ 133 cm)
I scaled down the skull according to original description, and it seems different now……🤔
Even more interesting is spermaceti organs of sperm whale and beaked whale are probably not homologous. Odontocetes have several small fat bodies, the Physeteroids' organ is considered homologous to right posterior dorsal bursa, and Ziphiids' may relate to posterior bursas https://t.co/oBquJ9ZFcj

@MarkusBhler10 @CetologyH I'm sorry but I can't agree with that, kogiids may be really special Physeteroids, especially in blowhole position. Actually blowhole position should relate to spermaceti organ, the enlongated organ push nasal passengers and blowhole and form the anterior position in Physeter.
