9. This ones hard. Plasma? I really like how both of them look, and they have the best theme imo. I enjoyed their role in both BW and BW2. Galactic is a really close second tho, since I adore the commanders and Cyrus. Plasma lacks notable members besides N, Ghetsis, and Colress.
4. This one is actually really difficult. It constantly switches between Skyla and Elesa (rn it's probably Elesa tho). I also really like Flannery, but these two are top 2 for sure.
Juniper! Could just be my Unova bias speaking, but she was the most memorable to me. I also think she has the best design out of all of them. None really come close imo
