same with the armor. I really like raiden's armor design so I just use that as guidance. to me, drawing sleek armor is like adding random geometry lines on the naked skin lol.

it took me around 2 weeks, no joke, to decide on the pose after our call where the doge showed me that beautiful presentation. after much consideration, I decided that I wanted to pay an homage to his original avatar so I kept the pose.

for the past couple of months I've been using monochrome theme for my IG to keep it to my aesthetic. but I think it hinders people from clicking/swiping to see the other images so I'm considering going back to full color...

painting skin is one of my favorite part of drawing people. nowadays I've practically given up on trying to use super realistic color. as longas it looks believable AND artistic to my liking, it's enough~
